All the apparel is made to order and fulfilled by a POD (Print On Demand) company located in the USA.

Fulfillment & Shipping Info:

The POD company takes up to 7 business days to print and fulfill orders. Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. This estimated timeframe can change during the holidays. Domestic Shipping takes up to 2-5 business days.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Because most products in my shop are made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL if you change your mind about the products. We do accept returns ONLY for size exchanges (USA only). Please utilize the size chart on the product and pay attention to the size tolerance as much as possible, and size up for a looser fit. You must return the product and pay for the return shipping to exchange. Please email info@findyourcakeinspiration.com for more details about the process. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the POD company offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
